2018 reference: basic competencies need updating

This reference reproduces the 2018 Training Regulations for 2D Animation National Certificate (NC) III. It is incomplete for current basic competencies: the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) requires amended 2019 basic competencies, which are not yet mapped below. Use the linked 2019 Basic Competency Standards and ask TESDA about current assessment requirements. The 2018 common and core material remains a dated reference. Unit counts and training hours are not exam weights or passing scores. The source prints conflicting unit and qualification codes; ask TESDA to clarify before using them. This outline is not a complete course or confirmation of assessment centers, fees, schedules or eligibility. Lessons, practice questions and quizzes are not available here.
