Scope and limits
TESDA's Version 02 Training Regulations, amended 27 February 2018, support the reviewed coverage for 3D Animation NC III. Section 4 describes National Certificate requirements, although running footers say NC II and certificate-group titles differ. The revision history and Circular 046-2018 print ICT3DA318; confirm the code with TESDA before applying. Computer-unit codes ICT311203/ELC311203 also differ, and lighting criterion 3.1 ends at 'for proper'. Use the unit titles and ask TESDA about these source differences. Exact legal effectivity and current assessment centers, schedules, fees, slots and eligibility are not established here.
